FLANAGAN REALTY, LLC COMPLETES SALE OF HY-VISTA DAIRY FARM

Flanagan Realty, LLC announced today the successful closing of the sale of the Hy-Vista Dairy Farm, a 580-acre farm located in Ridgeway, Wisconsin.

Flanagan Realty represented the purchaser, a long-time homebuilder, land developer, and farmland investor active in northern Illinois and southern Wisconsin. The seller was represented by Autume Gollon of Bunbury Realtors.

Located approximately 250 miles west of Madison, the farm features strong cash flow and rolling terrain with extensive harvestable timber, and excellent potential for future residential development.
